Heavy Vessel &
Component Manufacturing
Built for the Projects Others Can't Handle.
Pressure Specialties was established in 2025 to bring reliability, accountability, and industry expertise back to heavy manufacturing for Oil & Gas, Chemical, and Petrochemical customers.
Complete vessels. Critical components.
Heavy-wall pressure equipment and the formed components that go into it — manufactured to your drawings, code requirements and schedule.

Pressure Specialties understands the challenges vessel manufacturers face — limited forming capacity, specialized material requirements, compressed schedules, and emergency needs.
We provide the forming, component manufacturing, and fabrication support needed to supplement your in-house capabilities, while respecting your customer relationships.
Your customer. Your project. Our support.
Additional capacity
More throughput without adding equipment, labor, or floor space.
Demanding schedules
From planned production to last-minute requirements, we help you keep your commitments.
Difficult work
Complex forming, special materials and tight tolerances — the experience and equipment to get it done.
Customer-supplied material
Forming of your own plate, where accepted after project review.
When downtime isn't an option
Plant outages, failures, and unexpected project requirements do not follow normal lead times. Pressure Specialties can evaluate critical requirements quickly and, when feasible, develop an accelerated manufacturing plan — priority review, direct communication, and expedited forming and fabrication.

Quality begins long before final inspection
Heavy pressure equipment leaves little room for compromise. Quality starts with material control, qualified procedures, experienced personnel, proper processes, dimensional control and documentation — and continues throughout manufacturing.
ASME Section VIII Divisions 1 & 2 certification in progress.
- Material identification and traceability
- Welding procedures and welder qualifications
- NDE capabilities and coordination
- Dimensional inspection and verification
- Testing capabilities
- Heat-treatment records where applicable
- Manufacturing documentation and final data books
Built on experience.
Founded for a better standard.
Pressure Specialties may be a new company, but the experience behind it is not. At its core is a team with more than 100 years of combined industry experience in the design, engineering, forming, and manufacturing of pressure equipment and heavy welded components.
The company was created in response to a growing need for manufacturing partners that understand the equipment, respect demanding schedules, maintain uncompromising quality standards, and have the experience to solve complex manufacturing challenges.
Quality
Material control, qualified procedures, experienced personnel, dimensional control, documentation and attention to detail throughout fabrication.
Delivery
A manufacturing schedule is a commitment, not a target. Realistic scheduling, clear communication, and delivering when promised.
Expertise
Decades of practical knowledge in vessel manufacturing, heavy forming, welding, materials and fabrication — challenges identified early.
